Dalgona Coffee is a popular Korean beverage made with instant coffee. Dalgona Coffee is prepared as both hot or cool. In this Dalgona Coffee recipe hot-sweet Dalgona Coffee is prepared in easy steps.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp instant coffee power
• 2-3 tbsp sugar (change based on the preferred sweetness)
• 2 tbsp hot water
• 1 cup of hot milk
• Cinnamon power (for garnishing)

Preparing Dalgona coffee cream

Mix well the instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water in a clean bowl until the mixture becomes creamy. If a Whisk is used mix for around 10-12 minutes. A hand beater will take around 5 minutes to complete.

When the mixture is creamy and ready it should be possible to turn the bowl upside down without spilling.

Make Dalgona Coffee

Fill a glass with hot milk (add sugar to milk if preferred), then dollop and swirl the creamy coffee mixture on the top.

Garnish with cinnamon powder or instant coffee powder. Serve Dalgona Coffee with a spoon.
